Shipping Policy for Stimspark

Order Fulfillment:
Orders are processed within 2 business days. This includes order import, packaging, and preparing the package for carrier pickup. Exceptional circumstances may extend this lead time. Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier:

  • USPS Domestic (US): 5-9 business days
  • UPS Domestic (US): 5-7 business days
  • GlobalPost (International): 12-16 business days
  • UPS Worldwide (International): 12-16 business days

Fulfillment Center Operation Hours:
Our fulfillment center operates Monday-Friday, 8 am to 2 pm EST, excluding major US holidays.

Shipping Locations:
We ship both domestically (USA) and internationally. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties and fees. Please be aware of your country's policies before placing an order. We cannot control or take responsibility for delays due to customs.

Shipping Carriers:
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, while international orders are shipped via GlobalPost or UPS Worldwide.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking updates come directly from the carrier, not from Stimspark.
