Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy for Stimspark

Our policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the purchase date. We do not offer refunds, but you may return the product for an exchange if it meets the following criteria:

  • The product is defective.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase:
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Without this, we cannot process your exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged. Perishable goods are also exempt from being returned.

Shipping Items:
Before returning an order, please contact us. Returns should be mailed to our fulfillment center at:
1615 Lakes Pkwy, Suite C, Lawrenceville, GA 30043.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. We will not refund shipping costs. Ensure that the goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is damaged or used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may reject the exchange.
